Feeling Good

I check my weight and so far in 3 days I have lost 4 lbs. of course I realize that will slow down but it is encouraging. I am really looking forward to that triathlon someday. Any suggestions on strengthening ankles and knees? They feel good but I just want them strengthened.

I’m a man from Waterford MI USA, born in 1973.

My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming walking

My goals are: I would like to lose 37 pounds and while doing so work my way back to running races like I use to and start triathlons.

I enjoy learning more about health and how I can do it better!
