I’m a man from Waterford MI USA, born in 1973.

My goals are: I would like to lose 37 pounds and while doing so work my way back to running races like I use to and start triathlons.

My favorite sports include: running cycling swimming walking

I enjoy learning more about health and how I can do it better!
